Experience the action of zookeeping

ZooKeeper Simulator is a unique casual game that lets you enjoy the fun and the thrill of running a zoo. In this paid game from Forceight, you can play as one of two factions: the Zookeepers and the Animals. One has to maintain order in the zoo and the other has to prevent that from happening–then watch as action, chaos, and hilarity ensue.

With its premise, ZooKeeper Simulator feels like a cross between Team Fortress 2 and Planet Zoo. Choose your team and complete your challenges, whether solo or in multiplayer and claim the zoo for yourself.

Master your surroundings

As you start playing this game, it’s better to leave your preconceptions about animals or zookeeping. Zookeepers can pick up items and animals to protect themselves and complete their tasks. Meanwhile, players can choose from five starting animals–monkey, elephant, giraffe, fish, and penguin–each with their own special skill. This makes the game counterintuitive, which in turn makes it addictive. The strategies you can think up are practically limitless.

Another gameplay element that makes it enjoyable and funny is its ragdoll physics. Imagine being a zookeeper being in the path of a raging dinosaur. Yes, dinosaurs are also in the game, unlockable, and can even use interactive elements like toys, cars, and other people. All these unusual game elements come together to create a challenging and funny game you can enjoy alone or with friends.

If you’re a story-oriented player, however, then this game is not for you. It has no story elements. The game is all about zookeepers doing their jobs and animals stopping them from doing so. Also, objective-wise, the game leans heavily toward humans. As animals, your only objective is to stop the zookeepers from completing theirs, which lacks variety in the late game.

Fun and messy

ZooKeeper Simulator is a great casual experience for both solo and multiplayer, with the setting of the game immediately defying all expectations. You can play as either Zookeeper or Animal, there are dinosaurs in the zoo, and you can throw a lot of things and creatures at each other. Although this is all the game offers–unhinged and enjoyable mayhem–and no story elements, this game is still a definite must-try

In Softonic we scan all the files hosted on our platform to assess and avoid any potential harm for your device. Our team performs checks each time a new file is uploaded and periodically reviews files to confirm or update their status. This comprehensive process allows us to set a status for any downloadable file as follows:

Clean

It’s extremely likely that this software program is clean.

What does this mean?

We have scanned the file and URLs associated with this software program in more than 50 of the world's leading antivirus services; no possible threat has been detected.

Warning

This software program is potentially malicious or may contain unwanted bundled software.

Why is the software program still available?

Based on our scan system, we have determined that these flags are possibly false positives.

What is a false positive?

It means a benign program is wrongfully flagged as malicious due to an overly broad detection signature or algorithm used in an antivirus program.
